Why was Francis William Aston awarded Noble Prize in1922?Francis William Aston, a British chemist, and physicist, won the Nobel Prize in Chemistry in 1922 for his discovery of isotopes in many non-radioactive elements using a mass spectrograph and for his formulation of the whole number rule. He was a member of Trinity College in Cambridge as well as the Royal Society.
