Every year on October 5, all around the world, celebrate World Teacher’s day It was started in 1994 to honour the International Labor Organization’s (ILO) and the United Nations Educational, Scientific, and Cultural Organization’s (UNESCO) signing of recommendations (UNESCO). A standard-setting document that covers the position and circumstances of teachers worldwide is the “ILO/UNESCO Recommendation concerning the Status of Teachers” from 1966. This suggestion sets forth requirements for personnel policies, hiring practises, beginning training, teacher professional development, employment practises, and working conditions. The purpose of World Teachers’ Day is to raise awareness of teachers and teaching-related issues while focusing on “appreciating, assessing, and enhancing the educators of the world.”
